HYGROSMART®-ADHESIVE A100 is high quality cement based tile adhesive modified with a high quality synthetic resin. It displays excellent technical characteristics and no vertical slip. The material is easily applied on both horizontal and vertical substrates, irrespective of climatic conditions, and has excellent adhesive properties
In the case of tile application over a substrate that has been waterproofed with HYPERDESMO®, a minimum of 48 hours after application of HYPERDESMO® must lapse before applying tile adhesive.
Quartz sand broadcasting on HYPERDESMO® is not mandatory.
It is necessary to create expansion joints between tiles, which should be filled with polyurethane sealant HYPERSEAL®-50FC. However, as to not affect the mechanical properties of the tile adhesive, the grouting and sealing of the joints should not be carried out until after 3 days of tile fixing. Within this period, no pedestrian traffic should be allowed.
Recommended as a tile adhesive for installation
of ceramic tiles on floors and walls, for both internal and external use.
Suitable for application on cement screeds, concrete and gypsum plaster.
Highly recommended as a tile adhesive on substrates
that have been waterproofed with HYPERDESMO®.
